Chuck, thanks for the tip. I did already run across that patch,
applied it, and then remembered that I do my printing through a
Grappler+ in slot 1. So, I dumped the patch--Don Lancaster had so
many warnings about using it (most of them applied to doing
postscript) that I decided not to risk anything when it isn't needed.
As an aside, I did run across the GS.WRITER program that a couple guys
were basing on Applewriter 2.0. I downloaded it to take a look at it
but it seems pretty buggy--crashed every time I tried to start it up.
. . . Still looking for the patch that allows one to use all the GS
memory--GSAW.MAKER.SHK by Chester Page--supposedly on AOL.
