You can use the same cables that were used for the external hookup (or
make up your own cable if you are able). Just remove the cable from the
external hard drive case and connect it to the cable from the card (using
a few ty-wraps to deal with the excess cable)

I just spliced the power lines from the GS to one of the connectors from
the power supply. The other connectors plug right into the HD. If there
is something strange happening, then check the connections. These tower
supplies have AMPLE power for the GS (I have the GS, 5.25, 3.5, two hard
drives, modem and 50 watt power amplifier mounted in a tower and have had no
power problems)
