Well, the CV-Ram card is pretty simple. It's just a DRAM array and
some buffer chips. (One GAL to do address decoding).
The RamFAST is a very complex card, and one that is still manufactured
and supported by Sequential Systems. No firmware listings or
schematic diagrams are available for it, although we might be able
to sell you a schematic. Manuals are available for $5.
