How to tell StyleWriter I from II?

I'm considering getting a StyleWriter printer.  Since I use a GS, I 
realize that I am limited to using the StyleWriter I.  I also realize 
that it is not made anymore and that I need to find one on the used 
market.  My question is - How do I tell a SW I from an SW II?  (or how do 
I tell someone who is wanting to sell me one how to tell the difference)  
Are there obvious case styling differences?  Different model numbers? What?

Also, does the StyleWriter work in either a direct connect or AppleTalk 
setup?
