Conversion of old graphics

I have many Apple II disks here with PaintWorks format and Apple Preferred
Format graphics. Is there any program on my Mac or for Apple IIes (I've got
the IIe emu card since my IIgs is RIP) that will let me convert these
graphics? If not, then could someone with a GS convert them into something
that my Mac can read (PICT, TIFF, GIF, etc.) ?
