If you're looking to access the drive from both systems at the same time,
you're probably out of luck.

Using a Mac as a server doesn't require the ultra-expensive AppleShare(tm)
software.  Mac System 7.x has built in filesharing capability.  It does
require a Mac with AppleTalk (dunno which models have it :/), but all you
would need after that are some inexpensive PhoneNet connectors to connect
all three systems.
