Just got this email from Adrian:

   The story did not run and I have been trying to get something on 
Usenet about it, but our system is not posting to it and has been totally 
down much of this last week.
   I talked to Leslie Miller on the 20th after I got a call from an 
associate in San Diego and she said it will run and she will give me a 
call when it's set.  They trimmed the size of the section because of a 
poor response from advertisers, but will run the "Orphan Computers" story 
in a regular edition as a feature.
   If you could post something on the Apple II USENET groups I would 
appreciate it because I cannot get our system to post for the time being.
