The best bridge program available is from Sheridan Software.  I don't have
their mailing address available right now but here is their e-mail

They produce several products including the best Bridge game available. 
They produce the product for the Mac, //GS, MS-DOS and Windows.  Send them
a message and get the entire product line info.  If you need a physical
