  Newcomers to the Apple and Macintosh computing usually are unaware of the sources of hardware, software, parts, and service. It is not so bad for the Mac users, since there are stores which stock hardware and software for the Mac. But, the Apple users f
ind that there are almost no stores offering Apple software or hardware. There are a number of mail order sources, but, for the Apple users, it can be hard to find the names and addresses. For the Mac users, there are several publications, and these list 
the vendors. Anyway, here are some you need to know about:

They are also looking into the possibility of making the GAL chip set for
TWGS available. I'm not sure how feasible this is at this point, as I
seem to remember someone at AE mentioning that the chips were copy
protected. I would encourage those of us stranded at 7MHz to pester ABC
Direct about this. :)
