There are few Apple files that end in .exe. This is usually an MSDOS 
extension which may be part of your problem. If it is an .exec file, then 
treat it as text. Also be careful you're not trying to download GS files 
onto your IIc+ because they won't work. IIc+ 8 bit and GS 16 bit don't mix.
