Help! Need dsk2file.zip! (what's with wilbur?)

Okay, I really need the dsk2file.zip program to create Apple II images for
my Mac, but the foghorn/wilbur site(s) seems to be down.  Every time a try
there, I get nothing for the directory listings.  Is there anything
there?  Why can't I access it?  If anyone has diskread.bsc or rtrk.zip
either, that could work (I've got a IIgs with a modem to send stuff. . .).
