Yes, but it's more trouble than it's worth. You would have to create a
wee little interface box with say a 8053 or 68HC11 inside to do the
conversion serial<->ADB for you. Alternatively, a card with its own
drivers.

Personally, I'd say go for Mac ADB stuff, less hassle, and cheaper as
well (considering the effort needed for PC components).
