The SWIM, 15.667 mHz clock crystal, and GALs are sure fire tipoffs that it's
a superdrive card. I pulled mine out to look it over. It says "Apple 3.5"
controller card Apple Computer (c) 1991" across the top. There's an LED in the
top center and a big ROM chip at top left. There's no 6502 on mine though,
sure you aren't mistaken about that?

If you don't have a use for the card, put it on marketplace. It'll be gone
quicker than you can say "where'd it go?"
