Apple ][ Image sites

I know this has got to be a FAQ, but I'm afraid you'll have to forgive me...

I'm looking for disk images of apple ][ floppies--found a whole cache of 
them in australia, but the hookup is < 1k/second (the server is an 8 meg 
386!) and I'm a litle tired of waiting 3 mintues for a simple "cd" 
command to work... Are there any sites/URLs/Gophers for apple ][ images? 
If anyone is curious, I'm running the STM apple ][ emulator on my Mac 
7100, which is a great piece of software, but emberassingly slow on my 
powermac--karateka was much faster on my ][+!!

BTW can anyone using STM tell me how to get the langauge card to load 
integer basic? It's been 8 years since I "ran" an apple II...
