You don't say you checked your Transwarp. Look at the top right. If
you see a chip labelled TWGS-2A then Sequential says it won't work.
It should be TWGS-2B. Early cards had the 2A chip.

When I had similar problems plus memory card errors I was advised to
wrap a piece of 600 grit sandpaper around the prongs of the RamFast
card and push it it to the slot a couple of times. Don't try to seat
the card.The memory errors disappeared and the drive has run ever
since without a failure (one year).
