GSTape

I recently posted on a routing for Tim Grams, author of GSTape.  A
couple of kind replies pointed me to a Genie account, but I didn't
receive a reply from mail sent there.  As I said earlier, I tried
USMail but no luck either.  Someone mentionned that Tim had posted
at one time an updater file to bring users to the current verion.
If this is true, could someone provide the routing to this file.
Also, was GSTape ever put in the public domaine?
  
Thanks for any help.  I'd just like to be running the latest version, 
as mine (2.0.7) is at least several years old.
