True, but it has a slightly different meaning.
"ATDTxxxx" means "dial the number xxxx using tone dialling, ignoring the
default method".
"ATTDxxxx" means "set default dialling method to tone, then dial the
number xxxx using the default method".
The other dialling method is pulse dialling (ATDP, or ATP to set the
default to pulse mode).
