Several questions need to be asked before attempting to help. How do you 
know that the connections and configuration are correct? Can you print 
from other programs? Can you print from the keyboard? Have you configured 
AW for that specific printer, interface, and slot? Is that printer serial 
or parallel? What interface card are you using?

Once we have the answers to those questions, we can proceed with helping 
solve the problem.
