I have his program and I had decided to send him the registration fee. After
reading your message, now I am thinking it twice. It would be interesting
to see what does he have to say, but I can tell you this:
 
The docs mention at the beginning your name along Michael Mahon's and he
mentions his work is inspired by the *freeware* program from you and that
the playback engine belongs to Michael Mahon (and that it is also freeware).
 
He also describes with some detail how the programs from both of you work.
 
And finally, he also includes the snail mail addresses of you and Mahon at the
end, as "other contacts".
