ProTerm 3.1 Manual, page 41 lists Laser 128 under Hardware
Requirements. Personally, I LOVE PT3.1. I even like the editor better
than ANY other word processor I've got. The mouse support is so easy,
handy, and ... just right ... to me that I get frustrated when I have
to resort to AppleWorks (5) on my //c. ProTerm 3.1 is such a classy
program for 8-bit Apples and compatibles, I just can't imagine using
any other. In so many areas it has multiple ways of doing the same
operation. It's like PT3.1 thinks, "OK, you want to do it _this_ way?
...that's fine with me. Or, if you want to do it _that_ way, that's
fine, too. Whatever you want."

Cheap it's not. It's somewhere between $79 and $85. Most EXCELLENT it
is. I hated to part with the money when I bought it, but I surely
don't regret having bought it.
