Grappler + Questions

Does anyone have or know where I could find the dip switch settings for
the Grappler + card?  Also what do I need to do in AW to get it to stop
mirroring everything on the screen?  Let me explain what happens -- When
I sent a job to be printed the first time everything printed on one
line, so I told AW (5) to add LF's after CR's, and removed the printer
setup string. Now the printed pages come out OK, but before and after I
made the changes, when I would send everything to print, the text was
printed in inverse on the screen, with some garbage characters at the
beginning of each line.  The output looked ok after adding the LF's, and
I was able to "reset" the screen by exiting out to the main menu and
then comming back in to the WP (The screen mostly fixed it self, except
for the upper left hand corner, which was fixed by going to the main
menu.)  Any ideas?
