Building a SCSI cable...

I built one once before but I lost the specs.  I don't want to
disassemble my present hard drive since it's been pretty tempermental
recently.  Does anyone have, offhand, the specs for building a
SCSI cable?  I need the pinouts to go from a DB-25 connector to the
full 50-pin connector on the physical hard drive.

Also, those pinouts are, presumably, consistent between the Apple //
and any other computer (ie: Mac/IBM?)
