What System Files Need Be Added to Make a Self-Booting IIgs Disk?

WHAT FILES MUST BE ADDED TO MAKE A SELF-BOOTING IIGS DISK?
             oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I have a favorite IIgs RAM tester called BIT-BANGER which I launch from the
System 6.0.1 hard drive Finder.

I want to make a self-booting disk with this program, but _what system files
must be added to make the disk complete and self-booting?_ Also, do the
files need to be arranged in a particular sequence on the disk?

[BTW, Bit-Banger is a great memory tester. It does 5-6 very colorful
tests on each bank of RAM; if you have a 4 meg RAM card, it will take over
2 hours to do all the tests but they are colorful to watch! I think the
Bit-Banger program is only about 50K in size. When all tests are finished
and passed, the screen explodes in a scrolling rainbow of colors......]
