Yep. The //c was designed to be pretty much fixed and not too
expandable; even though the Second Sight video board is coming out for
Apple IIs with slots (I suppose that only the //e and IIGS will really
be able to use it). In short, I don't think that there's any real
way to upgrade it.

Half, vertically. Lores was 40 horizontally by 48 (twice 24) rows.

280x192 and 560x192 respectively. Much less if you do stuff in
colored modes.
