Solved with a Kludge Re: USR() SCRN?

(Note the use of $ and DOKE - this is EHBASIC code.  It's not needed in
FPBASIC, as you have SCRN there already.)

I was unable to get USR to accept two parameters so I loaded them both onto
a single 16-bit parameter.  LITTLE BRICK OUT now works on EHBASIC.
