According to my cheat sheet, "A sytemt tool set is provided, along with
documentation on using it.  Programmers can upload their own Z180 code to
the Second Sight card to completley customize the card, to provide
brand-new features (a sprite manager, for example)"

Of course, the sheet is some months old, and policy may have changed...
