No all games can be deprotected and make it "COPYA" copiable. Most do, however.
There is no problem of preserving the games. I can store them on a Unix
machine's hard disk or on a CD-ROM.

: form of storage medium. When your 5.25" floppies die, if a better Apple
: emulator doesn't exist, you can unpack the archive back to a 5.25" floppy.
The problem is that 10 years later I may not be able to buy new 5.25" floppy
disks onto which I can unpack games archived eventhough I may still
have the games on MO disks and an working apple. For games which use RWTS
only but not DOS 3.3, I might be able to convert them to read from a 3.5".
All I need to do is to write an replacement for RWTS which uses a 3.5"
floppy as a 5.25" floppy. It is quite beyond me to convert trivially some
games which use extra-ordinary disk formats like spiral track, for example.
It needs to be done game by game and is not always possible.
