I tried IIgif. It converts from mac to AppleII, but not the reverse.

I found Imagery. It converts from IIgs to Mac, but does not appear to 
handle IIe hi-res nor dhr pictures.

surely, there must be some way to convert IIe pic's to Mac (sure, I have 
a scanner, but that is not the solution I prefer)???
