Mystery Card!

  I found this card laying about the office here. There are
several like it here, it would seem, and I can't figure out for
the life of my what they _are_!

  I put some pictures of this board up for FTP at 
ftp://hypermall.com/pub/mystery

  "mystery-16.gif" is pre-rendered for 16 colors, and "mystery-256.gif" 
is the standard 256 colors, if any of you folks
have a VGA card.

  Hopefully one of you smart Apple II people can tell me what
this card is!
