AppleWorks ADB Files

I have an Apple //e with AppleWorks 2.0. When I accessed one of my
database files, Appleworks replied something like getting errors while
reading the file. I looked at the file with a hex editor and the data
seems to be intact. Change-A-File and Resurrect both failed. When I used
resurrect on the file, AppleWorks tried loading the file then it went
into an infinite loop. While searching for a program to recover the data,
I came across dbmaster.v.5.shk. I decided to try it, but I couldn't get
it to even run though it says it can run on 2 5 1/4" disks. Now, here are
my questions:

  1) Can someone direct me to a file to extract just the data into a
     txt file?
  2) Can someone direct me to a database that will read AppleWorks
ADB, or give me a list of what files I need on /dbmaster1 and
/dbmaster2 to get it to run?
  3) If none of the above, where can I get info on ADB file structure
so I can write my own routine to extract the data.

Reply via email or here.
Thanks,
  Gary
