It seems to me that I saw Orange computers at one of the early West Coast Computer Faires (one of the fist three or four). The CPM chips would appear to indicate that there is a Z80 (or 8080) and supporting circuits on the motherboard, taking the place of the various Z80 boards used in the Apple II+.
