You need a utility program.  The IIgs portion of the font header must
be stripped, and the Mac portion requires all of its multi-byte fields
to have its bytes swapped.  You then need to get the font family
information from somewhere and turn the whole thing into a Mac
resource file with the appropriate resources.

There was a really old program from Apple called "Munger" that did the
reverse operation - turning a Mac font into a IIgs font.

I seem to remember seeing a "DeMunger" program somewhere, but where or
when I have no idea.  It would probably have to run on a Mac, to
simplify the generation of the Mac resource fork.
