AppleWorks 1.3 to IBM?

I need to move a database on an Apple ll to an IBM.  The database is 
rather large so we cannot re-enter it.  The Appleworks is v1.3.  The 
Apple has a modem.  I have access to new Apples of several types.  I have 
a new P5 120 so I can probably run emulation software.  I know nothing 
about apples.  I cannot see anywhere in the AppleWorks manual that it can 
export an ascii file.  I would need a delimited ascii file to import the 
DB into the WIN application.  What would be my best course of action?
