I can snail-mail you Kermit-65 v3.87 and AppleWriter 2.1.
 
Kermit is supposed to work on 48k ][+'s, so it should have no problems on
your IIe, at slow speeds anyway. AppleWriter 2.1 can be used to edit Kermit's
setup files (Kermit.Modem and Kermit.Init).
 
I charge $2 for mailing the disk to cover costs. If interested email me.
