I'd have to say my three favorite programs would have to be the ones I 
use the most.  My three most favorite programs I didn't write:

ProSEL 16
Merlin 16+
ProTERM 3.0

And now for some self promotion.  My three most favorite programs I did 
write:

First Start     I you use it everytime I turn on my computer.
Splasher        I use that with a number of other programs I've written
Music Composer  Just because its the latest large project I am working on 
                (and its really nice too.)
