Resource Central has not existed for almost a year. They got out of
the mail order and Apple II APDA business, and passed the latter on to
ByteWorks. Their magazines went on to ICON (International Computer
Owners Network), who also went out of business a couple of months ago.

If ByteWorks has any left, that will be the best place to get one.
They should have the 1987 edition (covering the platinum IIe with
numeric keypad, and all earlier machines; ROM listings are for the
enhanced IIe).
