The ON ERROR code is rather difficult for someone who, like me, isn't much
good at real deep drilling into other people's code. :P

I do think, actually, that I have a *general* idea of where and what to
code.  It's not specific yet.  I might put up the 0.8.5 with the code not
actually done (but the hooks/tokens are there, and the related
pseudovariables ERR and ERL, and the command ERROR, *are* there and work).
