Here's the address of the manufacturer (formerly Zip technologies)
MCTA

Suite # 190
Culver City, CA. 90230

You could try Quality, etc. too.

I very much doubt they sell a 14MHz version. You generally have to
do the mods yourself (getting a 14MHz 65c816, modifying to use skinny
SRAMS, actually finding SRAMS that work, changing crystal...) or
you may find someone to do it for you. Also, I don't believe they
have a ZipChip for the GS. (I may be wrong) The ZipChip is a 4 or
8 MHz chip that directly replaces the 65c02 for the //c or //e and
has the cache memory/controller directly on the chip.
The ZipGSX is a board that plugs into slot 1-4, and has a ribbon
cable running to the processor socket.
As for price, I would guess a 7MHz/16K cache to go for around $150.
I paid about $200 for an 8/16 a couple of years ago. You could
probably expect to pay another $100-$150 for the mods to go 14MHz.
I would say get one! The difference is amazing! You certainly
wouldn't want to go back to 2.6MHz after using one!
