The 5 and 10 MB Profiles were originally made with the Apple III in mind. 
It connected directly to the port on the back.   The Lisa also supported
it, and a card specially made for the Profile was required to connect it
to an Apple ][.  I ran a BBS many years ago off a 5MB Profile.  If you
don't have an interface board, I may be able to find one for you.  E-mail
