Also, grind.isca.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16/Hypermedia/Hypercard/StarTrek2.1c/
has the bsc and *.SHK versions  (stds921c isn't quite ready, I need reposts
of parts 7, 8, and 21).  Just about every valid 'binaries' file posted on
cba2 gets archived on grind.  I just skip the inappropriate 'discussion'
files.

Also, as a reminder, it is easier to 'telnet grind.isca.uiowa.edu' than
to anonymous FTP (ftp grind.isca.uiowa.edu).  Ftp is limited to 8 sessions
at a time, but telnet is essentially unlimited.  The ISCA BBS (which is
where telnet will bring you) isn't all that bad to learn/use.  Uploads
(to apple2/upload) and dnloads work fine.  Try it!
