Post a msg on the local msgs section of the BBS you are using.
Virtually any Apple ][ user should still have 1.9/1.4 around, because
2.0 had problems for a while, and 1.9 may still be the best version for
non GS users.

Don't worry about "evaluation copy."  Apple doesn't sell its system
software.  They just maintain the right to designate which few BBS's can
freely distribute it.  Should be no problem with someone mailing you a
copy though, or handing you one at an agreed location.  If you get no
local takers, email me for my address & then send about $1.25 for a
disk, mailer and postage, and I will send it to you.
