	How about this?  We should have two catigories, the first being 
for programs that will run on *any* Apple II (or assumes no more than a 
32-48k ][), the second for programs that require a GS.  I don't see 
splitting the pool being a big deal; I'd write for both (assuming 
multiple entries are allowed, or at least one entry per catigory.)

	I'd like to see entries that will run on any ][, but to judge 
GS-specific entries against ][ entries isn't fair, and excluding any 
GS-specific programming isn't fun 8)

	The only length rule should be this:  You will be allowed to load 
256 consecutive bytes.  If you manage to write a SFX Modula that crunches 
down that small, great!  Also, 256 bytes includes the loader 
requirements.  On a ][, you'd simply BLOAD your code and CALL it.  If you 
choose to write a system program that needs ProDOS, the loss of bytes to 
loader requirements is your penality for using ProDOS in the first place.
On the GS, I really don't think writing a GS/OS application that happens 
to have 256 bytes in the user segment is much fun.  GS entries should 
assume they will be BLOADED somewhere in bank $00/E0, and only rely on 
65816 ops, known bit-mapped registers, ROM based tools, etc.
