If you got a computer, you can program. The best thing about this contest
is the limits set on what can be entered. With a 250 bytes limit, you
should be able to come up with a interesting program or two. Remember that
all programmers start with writting short code.  
 
So chose a subject for your program, like you would chose a subject for a
paragraph that you might wont to write.
