Try using the printer setup to replace the control codes for bold start
and bold end, underline start and underline end, etc. Substitute the
font controls your jet wants for the effects controls in place.
This is an old trick. Originally used to get ImagewriterII's to print
color from AW. bold start was red, bold end was blue, and so on.
