Apple IIc Help needed

Hello,

I am trying to get info I download from the Internet and BBS'es from
my Macintosh to my Apple IIc.  The problem is I can set up a null 
modem between the two (I have the cable and all) but I dont have
any Terminal software for my Apple IIc.  Does anyone know any way
I can do this?  Is there a BASIC or assembly language program I 
can type into the Apple IIc to get a terminal program on it?  
If not, does anyone know where I can buy a modem for it (with 
terminal software)?   

Also I would like to find a place where I can buy an external
disk drive for my Apple IIc.   IF I had an external 3.5 drive
I could solve all my problems. hehe
