	SimCity GS already exists (at least in some form of alpha or beta
stage) but had to be shelved due to expensive licensing fees. BurgerBill
had the same problem with Ultima I and Wolfenstein 3-D, but managed to 
work out some kind of deal. Unfortunately, he has some other games sitting
in limbo because of licensing fees, such as Bard's Tale III and Commander
Keen for the Apple IIgs.
