First, a note to the owner (moderator ?) of this newsgroup: The same
question "where can I find software or hardware for the Apple II" is
asked frequently. The answers get deleted after a too short time. We have
to keep answering the same question over and over again. Why not let such
answers remain in the newsgroup for longer times, so we do not have to
keep typing them in again? Or, is this newsgroup the proper place to
maintain this info ?
