If you really like this game, write to David Ong. The version you saw is just
a demo, which is a few versions outdated. The current version now beta testers
are running is a full complete game with a lot more weapons, aliens and levels.
David Ong is going to have his exam next month. Don't expect him to do any
programming right now. I expects more kind emails to him will encourage him
to finish the game quicker. Since he is writing a really big and excellent
game, he expects to find a company willing to commercialize his game, and I
hope some Apple II companies can give the game a serious thought. He has
expressed a serious interest in supporting Second Sight card in the
commercial version.
I personally think that DOTW the game is the best arcade game for GS ever.
(Note that this is not a "I have it you don't have it" type of article. Please
do not write flame mails to me or else your mail will be ignored. But if you
want to know what David is doing right now, how's his game is going on or
just want me to help anything, you are welcome.)
