IIgs PS.. how does one open it?

I've removed my IIgs's blown power supply to inspect it.  I know i'll
probably need a replacement, but before i go to that expense, i want to
try to repair it.  The problem is: i can't get the thing open!  I've
removed all the screws i can find, but it won't budge!  Can anyone help
a IIgs newbie?

Could the problem be a blown fuse?   thanks for any help you can give.
