Shrinkit v4.0 for the IIe?

I would dearly love to see an upgrade to Shrinkit for the IIe that would
archive empty directories, and would also be able to output to multiple
floppy disk volumes. Then I could use it instead of Prosel-8 (which is 
finicky about volume sizes) to backup and restore hard drives. Is this
ever going to happen?
